Lean To Canopy Assembly Instructions
The Modular Canopy system from the Glazing Shop is a modern canopy system with clean lines which will compliment any home. It is super easy to install and is very sturdy. The structure of this canopy is predominantly powdercoated aluninium making it very low maintenance and string enough to stand the test of time.
Perfect for a patio canopy or Car port our modular canopy comes in White, Brown and Anthracite Grey.
Polycarbonate colours are available in Clear, Opal and Bronze Tints for your canopy or carport roof.
This Canopy system is perfect for many applications:

The front of the Lean To canopy is supported by posts and the rear is attached to the wall with a purpose made aluminium wall plate. The standard sized canopy posts are 2.25m in length and are designed to be fixed to a concrete pad with supplied fixing plates. Canopy posts can also be upgraded to 3m lengths if required. Alternatively the canopy posts can be encased in concrete pads below ground (please bear in mind you will need longer posts for this.)
Your canopy roof or carport roof is supplied with 16mm triplewall polycarbonate and strong structural glazing bars in powdercoated aluminium. This winning combination gives you strength, low maintenance and a great finish.
The Canopy kits are supplied complete with sealants and all of the fixings required for a standard installation. They include:
• 16mm Triple wall polycarbonate
• Powder coated aluminium glazing bars
• Powder coated aluminium wall plate with integral PVC Flashing
• Powder coated aluminium canopy posts and eaves beam
• Integral Rainwater system – no external PVC guttering
• Adjustable feet for securing to concrete pads
We offer our Canopies and carports in a range of standard kits with varying projections (distance from the wall) and lengths (distance along the wall). Its modular nature means that you can add to the lengths shown below easily. Just let us know and we will work out a price for you.
