Roof vents for glass conservatory roofs
Conservatory roof vents are a very cost effective way to help ventilate and cool your conservatory. In the summer months particularly, heat can build up a lot in glass roofs making conservatories uncomfortably hot. Our Roof Vents are made to order to suit the sizes you need at no extra cost. The roof vents can be made in any size between 500mm and 1000mm in both the length and the drop. They are fixed solidly between your glazing bars, as opposed to floating within the glass sheet (which can lead to leaks.) They have a foiled aluminium outer and PVC inner finish. Suitable for 24mm glass units these roof windows are available in a wide variety of colours including Anthracite Grey vents.
Operating your roof vents
The roof vents can be electrically or manually operated. If they are manually operated you might wish to add an extendable crank handle. For electronically operated roof vents, please add a motorised opener. Should you wish to add climate control you can have your glass roof vents open and close automatically in response to specific tempratures. They can even close for you if starts to rain.
