Polycarbonate Sheets

Polycarbonate sheet comes in thicknesses of 4mm, 6mm, 10mm, 16mm, 25mm, 32mm and 35mm. Polycarbonate sheets are lighter weight and easier to handle than glass. Polycarbonate sheeting is structured with walls and cavities which makes it very strong and gives excellent insulation qualities. The number of walls and cavities increase as the polycarbonate sheets get thicker. For example, 10mm polycarbonate sheet is twinwall with a single layer of cavities, 16mm polycarbonate sheet is triple wall with two layers and 25mm and 35mm polycarbonate sheets have seven walls with six layers of insulation. The structure of each polycarbonate sheet is dependent on the thickness and is illustrated on each product. The polycarbonate roofing sheets are available in a wide variety of colours including Clear, Opal and Bronze. Highly insulating dual tints of Bronze Opal and Heatguard Opal are also available for polycarbonate sheets of 25mm to 35mm thickness. 

With our totally free cut to size service we save you the trouble of cutting your polycarbonate sheets down on site meaning you only pay for exactly what you need. Please note that the length is down the flutes of the polycarbonate sheet and the width is across the flutes.
